Retention

As part of our retention program designed to encourage customers to stay with CSE, we're partnering with our agents to promote the theme of a CSE family consisting of you, us, and the insured.  We're also increasing our communication level to our insureds, letting them know about the value provided by CSE working together with our agents.

For the communication aspect, one of our newly introduced elements is a quarterly newsletter for the insureds, consisting of seasonal tips and basic information about insurance.  A printed copy of each issue will be sent to all agents, but in the meantime you can view them in the Adobe® Acrobat® file format by clicking on the corresponding image below:
