Identity Recovery Coverage
As part of
its effort to enhance the value of CSE's products, we offer Identity
Recovery Coverage as part of selected Homeowners products.
This endorsement provides the following benefits:

Various out-of-pocket
expenses (up to $15,000 after a $250 deductible) for covered identity theft
claims. Out-of-pocket expenses may include:
-- Legal fees for
answering civil judgments;
-- Phone, postage, and
shipping fees;
-- Notary and filing
fees;
-- Credit bureau reports.

Lost wages up to $200 a
day ($5,000 limit).

Insureds have access to
a toll-free help line where experienced counselors can answer questions and
provide additional resources.

Also, insureds who file
an identity theft claim will be serviced by a case manager who will assist
with the necessary communications (credit card issuers, etc.) , thus easing
the burden on the insured.
ChoicePoint Customer FCRA Permissible Purpose Certification
As a part of ChoicePoint's settlement
with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), on March 1, 2006, it began faxing and
e-mailing to over 60,000 agency owners and principals the "Customer FCRA
Permissible Purpose Certification" forms for signature. This is a written
certification stating the nature of the customer's business and the purposes for
which the customer intends to obtain consumer reports. Click
